BeHerd is an interactive storytelling website with the intention of helping young boys learn how to recognize and manage their emotions in a healthy, engaging way. As such, it was designed as a sports-based interactive experience using football, basketball, and track scenarios to meet kids where they are. Through real-life game moments, players navigate emotional choices and learn positive coping strategies in a format that feels fun, not instructional. It was completed by a team of 15 working in collaboration with the YWCA USA Amend Together program (I primarily contributed to the research, writing, and storyboarding components).
